As a Solution Engineer for Treasury Technology, you will act as a consultative pre-sales expert, partnering with clients to address complex treasury challenges and demonstrate the value of cutting-edge financial technology. You will work closely with sales, product, and global stakeholders to support strategic transformation initiatives across corporate finance, treasury, and risk management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tailored client communications and solution demonstrations aligned with specific business requirements during pre-sales cycles.
• Understand corporate treasury challenges including regulatory compliance, liquidity management, and transformation drivers.
• Design and deliver impactful product presentations that articulate business value and support new customer acquisition.
• Support the sales team by addressing technical and functional components of RFIs and RFPs.
• Monitor competitor activities to maintain strong understanding of market positioning and differentiators.
• Represent the company at client events, seminars, conferences, and territory-wide field engagements.
• Collaborate with global product teams to develop enablement content, training materials, and solution updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or technology roles supporting treasury, cash management, or banking functions.
• Understanding of corporate liquidity management and financial risk management practices.
• Professional knowledge of foreign exchange and interest rate hedging strategies.
• Strong presentation skills for delivering technical and business insights to diverse stakeholders.

• Effective cross-functional collaborator, comfortable with travel (approx. 10%).

Language Requirements:
