Requesting a Refund: Contact our customer support with your order details to initiate a refund. Your request will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Candidates Paying for Services:

Eligibility for Refund: Candidates can request a refund within 14 days of purchasing premium services such as resume reviews, career counseling, or priority application placements.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please submit a request through your user dashboard or contact our customer support directly. The refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
