A fast-growing Fintech company is seeking a Finance & Investor Relations Specialist to support investor communications, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while helping shape the company’s communication strategy with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community.

You will play a key role in preparing investor-facing materials, analyzing financial performance, supporting disclosure activities, and delivering high-quality financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare investor-facing materials including earnings presentations, financial reports, investor updates, and disclosure documents.
• Coordinate with finance, business, and operational teams to gather information required for financial disclosures and stakeholder communications.
• Support communications with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other external stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and peer-group research to support investor relations initiatives.
• Analyze financial and business performance data to support investor presentations and strategic messaging.
• Assist with investor relations planning, disclosure schedules, and communication strategies.
• Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior management.
• Support corporate reporting initiatives and financial transparency efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Planning, Equity Research, or related functions.
• Experience preparing financial reports, presentations, business analyses, or disclosure materials.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, corporate reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience working with financial data and supporting executive-level decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
