Join a global IT solutions leader as an Account Manager, where you will oversee relationships with top-tier banking clients in Japan. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for key banking clients in Japan
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and client value
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and solutions
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Conduct business reviews and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Act as a cultural liaison between Japanese clients and global teams
- Monitor account performance and implement improvements as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in account management or client partner roles
- Proven success managing Japanese banking or financial services clients
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- At least 5 years of work experience in Japan
- Skilled in leading cross-functional collaboration for service execution
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business-level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
