Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of credit market clients across financial institutions in Japan
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with local and global teams
- Build strong client relationships through tailored product presentations and engagement
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with global teams across APAC, Europe, and the US to drive regional growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of sales experience within financial services (banks, brokers, fintech, or data vendors)
- Strong knowledge of credit markets, with exposure to rates, derivatives, or equities
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
- JSDA Class-1 certification required
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles
- Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Self-driven with strong ownership and results-oriented mindset
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Native level
