Who you are:

– Experience as a Senior Recruiter in a high growth startup combined with previous agency experience is ideal or Director+ in a larger agency with active hands on recruiting experience

– Strong track record and career growth trajectory

– 8+ years of recruiting experience in Japan

– Deep industry knowledge one of the following sectors:

• B2B Cloud Software [SaaS/XaaS/Security]
• B2C Consumer Platforms [e-commerce, marketplaces, Adtech]
• Fintech/Web3/Crypto
• Robotics/embedded systems/Semiconductor
• Energy & Infrastructure

– A Builder & Doer

What You’ll do:

– You are what most junior IC’s look up to.

– End to end recruitment with minimal hands on support.

– Be the lead in RPO projects, supporting junior team members in the same project for smooth delivery.

– Hands on recruiting and revenue generation
