Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute assurance activities such as IT audits and continuous monitoring to evaluate the control environment.
• Identify and assess key risks, prioritising areas requiring focused attention.
• Engage with stakeholders to clearly discuss risks and control effectiveness.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in line with team objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT audit or technology risk management.
• Solid expertise in audit frameworks, techniques, and related tools.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to communicate technical complexities effectively to senior management and colleagues across audit functions.

Language Requirements

• English: Fluent (essential for internal and global communication).
• Japanese: Conversational level.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CISA or equivalent.
• Experience in global investment banking or large financial institutions.
