    Responsibilities

    • Conduct online sales meetings via Google Meet (introducing our service, explaining features, gathering client feedback, etc.)
    • Handle client support via email and Google Meet
    • Plan and support networking events

     

    Who are our clients?

    Our clients are tech companies hiring foreign engineers and expanding their global operations.

    About 50% communicate in Japanese, and 50% in English.

    You will often interact with HR professionals responsible for hiring global talent.

    Your mission is to ensure that clients feel they truly benefited from using us

    ※ Client support is handled by a native English-speaking bilingual team member, so you will collaborate with her rather than handling everything alone.

    Requirements

    Must-Have Experience & Skills

    Fluent English
    Business Level Japanese (~JLPT N2 level or above)
    1+ year of experience in recruiting, career advising, HR, sales, or customer success (or experience as a community manager in the tech industry)
    Based in Japan, ideally in the Tokyo metropolitan area (but this is not a requirement)
    Authorized to work in Japan
    Stable high-speed internet for online meeting  .

    Comfortable using online tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Meet

    Nice-to-Have Experience & Skills

    Experience in IT or HR industries (recruiting, staffing, job platforms, etc.)
    Management experience
    Knowledge of software engineering
    Study abroad or overseas work experience
