What You’ll Do
- Build Relationships: Proactively identify, engage, and develop key relationships with stakeholders in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem to drive new business opportunities.
- Strategic Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market share, achieve revenue goals, and support business growth.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of blockchain trends, MEV (Maximal Extractable Value), algo-trading, and blockchain infrastructure developments to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and team meetings (10–20% travel required).
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of business development and sales experience in the APAC region, preferably within blockchain, crypto, or financial technology.
- Blockchain Knowledge: A deep understanding of blockchain technology, MEV, performance optimization, algo-trading, and DeFi infrastructure (especially on EVM chains and Solana).
- APAC Expertise: Familiarity with the crypto industry landscape in the APAC region, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly across Asia time zones in a fully remote setup.
