    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Introduce solutions to SMB merchants across diverse verticals, from prospecting to onboarding
    • Exceed monthly sales goals by engaging in high-activity sales efforts
    • Approach customer conversations with a consultative mindset to address pain points and provide value
    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies
    • Inform and execute creative sales strategies, leveraging market insights
    • Build trust and relationships through effective communication by email and phone

    Required skills

    • 1+ years in a closing sales role, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage customers and internal teams
    • Interest in supporting SMB merchants and driving business growth

    Preferred skills

    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
    • Demonstrated ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
    • Business development experience, including prospecting and cold calling
