What you will be doing:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Create / manage detailed project plans, tracking deliverables, budget, and dependencies, while actively mitigating risks.
• Monitor KPIs and OKRs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment.
• Facilitate transparent communication and proactive status reporting to all stakeholders.
• Champion Agile best practices and continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, and frameworks to boost project delivery efficiency and quality.

What our client is looking for:

• Experienced client-facing Project Manager (10+ years, FinTech/enterprise software) with strong technical literacy in software engineering, cloud, and data systems.
• Essential PMI/PMP, advantageous Agile/Scrum.
• Proven success in critical project and relationship management, known for strategic decision-making and creative solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in leading planning sessions for stakeholder alignment and identifying trends/risks via metrics, feedback, and financials.
• Calm, approachable, authentic, managing pressure with clear communication.
• Familiar with SOC and ISO compliance.
