    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead technical client discussions to understand business requirements and recommend suitable enterprise solution architectures.
    • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for payment platforms, API integrations, and enterprise digital solutions.
    • Support enterprise clients with API onboarding, integration guidance, and implementation support.
    • Translate technical documentation and specifications into client-friendly explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal sales teams to support technical consultations and solution positioning activities.
    • Respond to technical inquiries related to APIs, system integrations, implementation workflows, and enterprise connectivity.
    • Work closely with regional and offshore teams to support technical enablement and issue resolution.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and solution materials.
    • Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, and enablement sessions.
    • Stay updated on fintech trends, API technologies, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and enterprise integration best practices.

    Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, systems integration, presales, or solution architecture.
    • Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or API-based solution integrations.
    • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, enterprise connectivity, and technical implementation processes.
    • Experience participating in technical client discussions and implementation support activities.
    • Experience reading and interpreting technical specifications and integration documentation.
    • Experience supporting enterprise system integration or implementation projects.
    • General understanding of cloud environments, operating systems, and programming concepts.
    • Experience collaborating with regional or global technical teams.
    • Experience working directly with enterprise clients in technical consulting or client-facing engineering roles.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

    • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly within client-facing environments.

    Language Requirements:

    • Japanese: Fluent level preferred (JLPT N2 or above).
    • English: Fluent business-level communication skills.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience within payments, fintech, SaaS, or digital platform industries.
    • Experience supporting payment gateway, merchant, or financial system integrations.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
    • Experience with enterprise architecture or technical solution design.
    • Experience working within APAC-focused or international organizations.
