The main duties are as follows:

・Planning new services for the company

・Work with the product team to define development requirements for new services and consider UIUX

・Strategic planning for the growth of the entire financial business

Examples of past projects include:

・Planning and developing asset and expense management functions to manage money with  our platform

・Expanding P2P remittance functionality to enable cash transfers and bank transfers to be completed using the platform

Required Experience/Skills

・Experience developing new services for ToC (experience launching a new business from 0 to 1, or experience growing a business from 1 to 10)

・Experience in defining requirements for product development

・Experience in business promotion and project management

・Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

・IT skills required for work

Desirable experience/skills

-Strong interest in emerging technologies

・Experience working at a financial institution, interest in the financial field (business models, law, etc.)

・Business English skills (TOEIC 800 or above)
