Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Onboarding & Management: Guide new merchants through the entire onboarding process, from initial scoping to successful integration and go-live.
- Operational Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries, providing timely support and resolving escalated issues.
- Process Improvement: Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the merchant experience and improve team efficiency.
- Growth & Marketing: Collaborate on local marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase merchant engagement and platform visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance) to align on merchant needs and launch new features.
Who We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Merchant Operations, Customer Success, or Payment Operations within FinTech, payments, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize operational processes.
- Knowledge of crypto/fiat on-ramp and off-ramp services.
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both are essential) to engage with stakeholders and partners.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in marketing, campaign management, or with a finance background.
- Familiarity with bank payment channels.
