Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with blockchain project teams to assess the feasibility of token listings and drive projects through the listing process
• Manage and execute the listing process, including technical integration, compliance review, and marketing coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure each project meets the platform’s standards and technical requirements
• Analyze and report on market performance and impact of token listings, providing insights for improvement
• Keep up-to-date with trends in the blockchain industry to identify and onboard high-potential tokens

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain, fintech, or exchanges, with experience in Web3-related roles preferred
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and market trends
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of compliance processes and risk management; experience working with legal/compliance teams is a plus
• Sharp market insight and the ability to identify promising blockchain projects
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese language
