Principal Responsibilities

• Data analysis and performance monitoring necessary for the formulation and improvement of credit standards
• Liaison and negotiation with personal credit information agencies (CIC, JICC)
• In addition, a series of planning work related to the formulation and improvement of credit standards ~ system requirement definition ~ post-release verification

Required Experience/Skills:

Experience in any of the following (at least 1 year)

• Experience in credit-related work for personal loans
• Experience in auditing
• Experience in planning and developing audit-related systems
• Experience in credit risk management
• Experience in building and operating scoring models
• Experience in data analysis and processing using SQL or Python

Desirable experience/skills

• Experience working in banks, credit card companies, consumer finance, fintech companies, and consulting firms
• Experience handling personal credit information obtained from personal credit information agencies (CIC, JICC)
• Loan business takes the director’s qualifications

Estimated annual remuneration

: 6,000,000 yen ~ 9,000,000 yen Wage

form: Monthly salary system (including fixed overtime pay)

Standard salary: 400,000 yen ~ 600,000 yen

(breakdown of standard salary)

– Basic salary: 309,000 yen ~ 466,000 yen

– Fixed overtime pay: 90,000 yen ~ 135,000 yen

* Fixed overtime allowance for 35 hours is paid
regardless of whether or not overtime is worked.
* Overtime allowance will be paid

separately for excess of fixed hours
