Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with Japanese Corporate Venture Capital (CVC), family offices, and key investors, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Communicate our firm’s investment strategy, updates, and opportunities to potential and existing investors, ensuring a clear understanding of our mission and goals.
• Collaborate with the investment and executive teams to create tailored presentations, reports, and updates that resonate with our target investor base.
• Drive engagement by hosting and organizing investor meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor and report investor feedback, providing insights to leadership for improved investor alignment and strategic planning.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the investor landscape, identifying new business development opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments affecting investor relations and ensure all communications align with relevant compliance standards.
• Handing fundraising with Japanese Corporate Venture Capital (CVC).

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, private banking, and wealth management.
• An established network among Japanese Corporate Venture Capital (CVC).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile investors.
• Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to sophisticated investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, or MBA is advantageous.
• Fluent in Japanese, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions seamlessly.
• Fluent in English is an advantage
