    I. Job Overview

    We are seeking an Institutional Operations expert with extensive experience in institutional operations and outstanding strategic vision to lead the sustained growth and innovation of our platform in the institutional client sector. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing institutional client operations strategies, driving significant increases in the number of institutional clients, trading volume, and revenue. Additionally, you will continuously optimize the institutional client experience and enhance the platform’s leadership in the institutional market.

    II. Key Responsibilities

    Strategy Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and optimize institutional client operations strategies, ensuring alignment with the platform’s overall strategy.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies promptly to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Drive the implementation of institutional client operations projects to ensure the achievement of project goals and outcomes.

    Institutional Client Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with institutional clients, providing tailored solutions and high-quality services.
    • Gain deep insights into institutional client needs and pain points, propose solutions, and drive improvements to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Expand the base of institutional clients to increase both their numbers and trading volume.

    Event Planning and Brand Building:

    • Plan and organize offline events and large-scale summits targeting institutional clients to enhance the platform’s brand influence and visibility in the institutional market.
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns exclusive to institutional clients to increase their engagement and activity.

    Product Optimization and Innovation:

    • Collaborate closely with the product team to propose product optimization suggestions and innovative solutions tailored to institutional clients.
    • Track product implementation to ensure features meet the needs of institutional clients, improving their user experience and satisfaction.

    III. Candidate Requirements

    • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, capable of fluent written and verbal communication.
    • Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in institutional client operations or related roles; familiarity with cryptocurrency trading processes is preferred.
    • Professional Skills: Strong strategic thinking and data analysis abilities to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with institutional clients.
