The Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact between vendors, local users, and global D&T teams.
- Monitor and manage ITSM tickets (JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar), ensuring timely follow-up on user requests.
- Own local D&T OPEX and CAPEX, working with global teams to keep spending on track.
- Coordinate and support local and global IT-related projects, providing local systems support as needed.
Your Skills
- 1-2 years of helpdesk or troubleshooting experience across Windows OS and Apple devices.
- Basic hands-on experience with MS Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Fluent Japanese with solid English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow – a positive personality matters here.
