Key Responsibilities:

Lead Design Projects:

• Take charge of medium-to-large scale design projects, from concept to production, ensuring exceptional execution.

Platform-Specific Solutions:

• Design pixel-perfect, platform-optimized experiences across web, iOS, Android, and mobile web.

Design System Management:

• Develop and refine reusable design templates, ensuring brand consistency.

Spec Documentation:

• Create detailed spec documents and redlines that align with the design system.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all design assets meet high-quality standards across platforms.

Collaborate with Teams:

• Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation and consistency.

Enhance DLS:

• Contribute to a Design Language System that aligns with brand and accessibility.

Design Research & UX:

• Conduct user research to inform and enhance design decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Design Expertise:

• Proven experience in product or marketing design with a strong portfolio of successful cross-platform projects.

Pixel-Perfect Precision:

• An eye for detail and a commitment to flawless designs.

Design System Knowledge:

• Strong experience managing design systems, UI/UX structures, and design tokens.

Design Tool Mastery:

• Expert in Figma (with proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator a plus).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills and experience working with engineering, product, and QA teams.

Self-Motivated:

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while solving problems creatively.

UI/UX Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in building UI/UX from scratch.
