    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with sales for revenue growth.
    • Organize onsite visits for relationship management and training.
    • Build trust with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
    • Ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to customer objectives.
    • Update stakeholders regularly on project progress.
    • Track account metrics and monitor platform usage.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and enhance relationships.

    Required skills

    • Proven experience in client/account management, especially in brokerage or tech.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills, including at executive levels.
    • Ability to deliver client-centric solutions and manage multiple projects effectively.
