Get ready to

• Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives
• Design and implement tailored technical solutions, often using company’s and our partner Accounting and HCMs’ APIs, webhooks, and backend infrastructure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Backend/Frontend Engineers to deliver both customer-specific and scalable product improvements
• Contribute to product planning by feeding real-world customer use cases back into the roadmap
• Build and enhance product features, debug issues, and improve reliability
• Provide exceptional technical support during onboarding, implementation, and post-sale expansion
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers unlock the full power of the company

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders and external clients
• Experience delivering client-facing solutions, whether in implementation, consulting, or embedded technical roles
• 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer, ideally in SaaS or B2B platforms
• Fluency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, with deep understanding of software engineering best practices
• Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL — including query optimization, migrations, and modeling
• Hands-on API development experience, validation, and performance tuning

• Communicate clearly across functions and with clients — translating between technical and business needs

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked in fintech, HR tech, or SaaS

• Have experience deploying solutions in customer environments (e.g., custom scripts, middlewares, internal APIs)
