As an application engineer, you will be in charge of the development and operation of services that provide the company’s fintech services across the board (from requirement definition to system release). In addition, depending on your skills and experience, you will also be in charge of the roles of tech lead and engineering manager.

Product managers and engineers work together as a team (4~9 people per team) to develop and operate services while being aware of their contribution to users and business.

In many cases, service development is promoted using an agile approach. We will involve stakeholders and discuss and define what should be done as a team to promote it.
