Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, business objectives, ROI metrics, and project delivery roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end product and project execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Establish project governance frameworks, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage stakeholder communications and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee project planning, WBS management, and resource coordination.
• Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting to senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration between product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in product development processes and delivery methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 3+ years of Product Management or Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience leading product development initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Team management experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management frameworks.

• Japanese: Business level or above.
• English: Conversational to Business level.

• Experience managing large-scale system migration or platform replacement projects.
• Experience within FinTech, Digital Payments, E-Commerce, or high-volume internet services.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and product development best practices.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, or financial technology platforms.
