Partnership Manager (New & Existing Partners)

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and business partners (retention, upsells, long-term relationships)
    • Identify and onboard new partners through outbound outreach and relationship-building
    • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements (rev share, CPA, hybrid structures)
    • Review and improve partner contracts and commercial terms (T&Cs, IOs, affiliate agreements)
    • Respond to inbound leads, clients, and partner requests in a timely and professional manner
    • Track, submit, and analyze lead and sales performance metrics
    • Support commercial operations such as order handling, content coordination, and invoicing
    • Represent the company during annual business trips and industry events

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing affiliate partners and/or a portfolio of client accounts
    • Proven experience reviewing and negotiating partnership contracts and commercial terms
    • Proven experience with outbound email outreach using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Sheets or similar tools
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken)
    • Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot
