Requirements

• Experience implementing development infrastructure for new start-ups, defining development rules, defining review processes, and creating repository strategies.
• Experience communicating with product managers and organizing the elements necessary for system development in a Design Doc or similar format.
• Experience sharing technical knowledge through pair programming, mob programming, walkthroughs, etc.
• Experience making rational technical decisions that balance business, organization, and technology.
• Experience making decisions with a view to mid- to long-term system operation and developing an environment that ensures internal quality.
• Experience implementing using statically typed languages (Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala, etc.) while capturing the unique characteristics of each language.
• Basic implementation knowledge of algorithms, data structures, networks, security, design patterns, etc.
