To enhance service reliability, you will be responsible for protecting the infrastructure that fully utilizes GCP. You will
work in a small, elite team of engineers, contributing to the promotion of microservices and designing architectures to prepare for service scaling.

• Development of a monitoring platform to understand the overall health of the system.
• Architecture improvements to prepare for service scaling, such as promoting microservices.
• Setting service level targets for each product
• Advanced deployment pipeline
• Developing common modules for Terraform
• Preparation of on-call runbook
• Implementation of regular disability training
• Development of design and development guidelines
• Ensuring the security quality of the system

Required skills

• Experience in team development using Git
• Experience building deployment pipelines using CI tools such as CircleCI and GitHub Actions.
• Experience in developing infrastructure and programs for operational monitoring, such as logging and monitoring.
• Experience in infrastructure construction and operation using IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Experience in building and operating public clouds such as GCP, AWS, and Azure, as well as private clouds such as OpenStack.
• Basic knowledge of Unix-like operating systems
• Basic knowledge of networks and security
• Basic knowledge of container technologies such as Docker
• Ability to create design documents and proposals, and to build consensus with various stakeholders.

Welcome skills

• Experience in developing and operating products and tools using Go.
• Experience in identifying and resolving system issues (performance degradation, SPoF, etc.).
• The ability to appropriately design and configure cloud infrastructure based on security, availability, development productivity, and essential business requirements.
• Experience in infrastructure capacity planning and architecture design based on service level objectives.
• Experience in designing and building Kubernetes clusters
• Experience in building operational monitoring infrastructure using Datadog, Prometheus, etc.
• I have experience visualizing various metrics using BI tools such as Looker Studio.
• Experience in planning disability training and developing on-call runbooks.
• Experience in driving application security, infrastructure security, security assessments, and improvements.
• Production experience with RDBMS including PostgreSQL and RDS
• Experience in building and operating machine learning infrastructure.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and operating microservice architectures.
