This role acts as a technical bridge between engineering teams and clients, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing operation of mission-critical payment systems. You will work on cutting-edge technologies in a fast-growing, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support application implementation and ongoing system operations in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Translate solution designs into practical system configurations during implementation.
- Provide post-go-live support including incident management and system updates.
- Investigate, prioritize, and resolve technical issues in critical systems.
- Communicate with stakeholders on issue progress and resolution timelines.
- Execute SQL/NoSQL queries and API testing for troubleshooting and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Support deployment activities and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and service quality enhancements.
- Provide guidance and training as a subject matter expert.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Java-based applications in production environments.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or related industries.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and query writing.
- Experience with REST API testing (e.g., Postman).
- Experience with incident management and issue resolution processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional technical environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
