As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Java-based systems, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams while ensuring high system reliability and performance in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical bridge between internal teams and global clients to maximize system performance and value
• Translate solution designs into practical system implementations during project delivery phases
• Provide post-implementation support, including incident management and configuration changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues while coordinating with multiple IT teams
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation within the support lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Java applications in the financial services or fintech sector
• At least 3 years of client-facing experience with strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and REST APIs
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments for troubleshooting and system support

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support team members
• Highly organized and self-driven, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

Language Requirements:
