Key responsibilities may include:

• Defining and leading technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives
• Advising on product development, architecture decisions, and platform scalability
• Overseeing technical operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and systems integration
• Leading engineering teams, vendor relationships, and technology partnerships
• Supporting digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization efforts
• Implementing best practices for development lifecycles, DevOps, security, and cloud optimization
• Advising on technology budgets, resource planning, and scaling strategies
• Supporting investor relations, technical due diligence, and M&A technology assessments

Key qualities may include:

• technology leadership experience, including serving as CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Technology
• Proven track record developing and scaling platforms, products, or technical infrastructures in dynamic environments
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, SaaS, APIs, and modern tech stacks
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience building and scaling technical teams
• Business acumen and the ability to translate technical strategy into business value
• Experience working with startups, scale-ups, or global enterprises is highly valued
• Prior consulting, advisory, or fractional executive experience is a plus
