Responsibilities

• Be responsible as the Point of Contact (POC) of VIP Institutional team to engage with company wide compliance initiation and coordinate resources within team.
• Lead and manage client-focused projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with business goals and compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all VIP Institutional-related projects. Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that all client projects impacting VIP Institutional clients adhere to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to obtain necessary approvals.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project changes and issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project deliverables.
• Establish KPIs, monitor project performance, and prepare regular status reports. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience at consulting, financial institution or fintech company.
• Knowledge of compliance or regulatory framework in the financial industry and their impact on business operation.
• Knowledge of financial related business including but not limited to trading, banking, custody, or brokerage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and able to produce concise and accurate internal documentation and reports.
• Experience of project management in projects related to compliance monitoring, compliance driven product enhancement, or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Able to work with multinational and cross timezone teams and build strong cross functional relationships.
• Ability to proactively and assertively engage with project stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated with the ability to seek to meet high standards results.
