Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L Ownership: Lead and scale business performance across multiple high-growth markets, ensuring strong revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Market Expansion: Identify and execute go-to-market strategies for key regions in Asia and LATAM, driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee BD, Marketing, VIP, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution and high-impact collaboration.
• Strategic Growth: Translate market intelligence, user trends, and product insights into clear commercial strategies and data-driven business plans.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with product, finance, risk, and compliance teams to ensure responsible growth and alignment with overall corporate direction.
• Innovation & Agility: Drive new business models, partnership ecosystems, and growth levers that maximize revenue in dynamic market environments.
• Team Leadership: Build and inspire high-performing regional teams with a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business management, commercial strategy, or regional P&L leadership, ideally within crypto, fintech, digital finance, or digital-first platforms.
• Proven success leading multi-market operations and delivering measurable revenue and profit growth across emerging markets, esp., Asia, MENA and/or LATAM.
• Deep understanding of digital asset ecosystem, user growth dynamics, and regional market behaviors, with sensitivity to evolving compliance frameworks.
• Strong strategic thinking — able to connect market insights, business models, product innovation, and regulatory trends into coherent execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and impact.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin) are a plus.
