Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and optimizing the overall architecture of the trading engine to ensure that the system has high throughput, low latency and high scalability to support the demand for high-concurrency transactions on a global scale.
• Performance optimization and tuning, in-depth analysis and solution of system bottlenecks, efficient performance optimization, to ensure that the platform can maintain low latency and high stability under millions of trading orders, to meet the needs of high-frequency trading.
• Cross-departmental collaboration and communication: Work closely with product, R&D, O&M and other teams to ensure seamless integration of the matchmaking engine with other system modules to promote the efficient implementation of new functions.
• Technical documentation and team guidance, write and maintain detailed technical documentation, provide technical guidance and support for team members, and improve the overall architecture and development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Technical background in digital currency exchanges, financial exchanges, or similar financial high-frequency trading platforms.
• Understand the trading mechanism of the financial market, be able to design the matching engine architecture that meets the needs of digital currency, futures and other trading products, and be familiar with the unified account first.
• He is proficient in distributed system architecture and concurrent programming, and has experience in system optimization under the requirements of high concurrency processing and low latency.
• Proficiency in at least one high-performance programming language (e.g., C/C++, Go, Rust, or Java) with system-level programming capabilities.
