Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring plans with workforce needs and business goals
• Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to offer stage
• Directly source and engage candidates using online platforms and headhunting methods
• Partner with external recruitment agencies for niche or urgent roles
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes through data analysis and candidate feedback
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 7+ years in talent acquisition, either in-house or at a recruitment agency
• Expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, and managing full-cycle hiring
• Proven ability to create and implement effective talent strategies
• Familiarity with ATS systems and digital sourcing tools

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong multitasking ability and a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level or higher
