Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring plans with workforce needs and business goals
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to offer stage
- Directly source and engage candidates using online platforms and headhunting methods
- Partner with external recruitment agencies for niche or urgent roles
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes through data analysis and candidate feedback
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years in talent acquisition, either in-house or at a recruitment agency
- Expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, and managing full-cycle hiring
- Proven ability to create and implement effective talent strategies
- Familiarity with ATS systems and digital sourcing tools
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong multitasking ability and a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level or higher
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience hiring across both technical and corporate functions
- Exposure to start-up or high-growth tech environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
