Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deliver product demonstrations tailored to diverse business use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to create effective customer proposals and demos.
- Represent the product at client meetings and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Translate customer requirements into feedback for Product Management and Technical teams.
- Create training materials and demo content to showcase new features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales or professional services.
- Strong background with B2B software platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Analytical aptitude to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level (required for client-facing activities).
- English: Business level (required for collaboration with global teams).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in solution consulting or pre-sales roles.
