Key Responsibilities

• Drive solution demonstrations and POC implementations for insurance risk platforms
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop strategic proposals
• Lead product demos and explain solution integration with client infrastructure
• Conduct discovery sessions to align client needs with product capabilities
• Manage full lifecycle of POC (Proof of Concept) projects to successful delivery
• Facilitate client-product team communication to influence roadmap development
• Support RFP and RFI responses to win key strategic deals

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 3-7 years in the insurance industry, including CAT modeling, cloud platforms, and API integration
• Strong track record in B2B technical sales and long-cycle deal management

Analytical & Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of risk modeling, SaaS integrations, and insurance operations

Soft Skills:

• Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly across technical and non-technical audiences

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting strategic sales in the insurance technology domain
• Familiarity with enterprise-level RFP/RFI processes and client success delivery
