Position Details
- Development and improvement of robot operations
- Organizing requirements and documentation for integration between robots and Rakuten’s systems
- Supporting robot manufacturers with reviews and procedures necessary for the introduction and operation of robots in Japan
- Considering and implementing the new robots in Japan and overseas
Mandatory Qualifications
- Have a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for creating something useful and valuable for customers
- 3 years experience in project management, product management, or service design
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally and documentation skills
- Able to work on their own initiative
- Business English skills to effectively collaborate with global entities
Desired Qualifications
- Skills and experience in finding and analyzing operational issues
- PRD documentation skills
- Risk assessment skills and experiences
- Experience in launching a new business
- Driver’s license
