What you will be doing:

• Design, build, and maintain robust end‑to‑end test suites for web (Playwright) that scale
• Run manual exploratory sessions on new or high‑risk features, uncovering edge cases before users do
• Translate business requirements into crisp acceptance criteria, test cases, and BDD scenarios
• Collaborate with product, frontend, backend, and DevOps during planning, refinement, and daily stand‑ups
• Integrate tests within the CI/CD pipeline, hunt flaky failures, and champion test health metrics
• Track defects, craft clear test reports, and surface risks early to drive data‑driven decisions
• Review QA code, share knowledge, and mentor engineers on quality‑first thinking
• Create and refine testing guidelines and documentation so everyone can contribute to quality

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years in QA with a strong focus on front‑end automation (Playwright)
• Solid TypeScript skills and experience writing maintainable automated test suites
• Hands‑on API testing experience (REST/GraphQL; Postman or similar)
• Proven history with BDD and Agile delivery
• Collaborative spirit, curiosity, and a knack for tackling complex challenges
• Fluent English (B2+) and excellent communication
• Background in fintech, trading, or other regulated, high‑velocity environments.
