    A fast-growing global startup is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to design and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at expanding its presence in Japan’s tourism sector. This role involves a mix of strategic planning and hands-on implementation to drive user acquisition and enhance brand visibility.

    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for online and offline channels.
    • Design data-driven campaigns to attract users and drive revenue growth.
    • Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and content creation, to enhance engagement.
    • Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand market reach.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

    Required skills

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, user acquisition, or related fields, preferably within fintech, travel, or tourism.
    • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, performance analytics, and campaign optimization.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Fluency in Japanese and English, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
