Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and infrastructure issues
• Document incidents and create reports to maintain IT service efficiency
• Provide daily IT support for end-users and assist in project-based IT initiatives
• Offer timely feedback and updates to stakeholders for IT operations and projects
• Support vendor management and IT asset management processes
• Lead small IT projects, including cost estimations and incident escalation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional IT support experience
• Strong background in software and infrastructure troubleshooting

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Leadership abilities and ownership of customer-reported issues

Language Requirements
