Responsibilities:

• Deeply embedded in business front-end operations to address financial requirements for business development, identify critical points in financial compliance and resource allocation, formulate financial strategies aligned with business objectives, and drive implementation.
• Support business decision-making through data analysis (e.g., ROI, cost-benefit models), deliver periodic business performance reports, propose optimization recommendations, and track execution outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams to lead the systematic implementation of complex financial standards (e.g., multi-scenario settlement rules, fund reconciliation logic), drive the development of middle and back-office financial modules, and ensure technical alignment with internal/external compliance requirements.
• Establish data pathways between financial and business systems, optimize automated workflows, and enhance real-time accuracy of financial and operational data.
• Collaborate with internal/external fund management and reporting teams to integrate financial demands initiated by business units (e.g., cross-border fund flows, multi-entity report consolidation), ensuring end-to-end process efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of financial experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis, business finance, or financial project management, with proven success in cross-departmental complex project execution.
• Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL); experience in drafting technical requirement documents and collaborating with R&D teams is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate business logic into financial language and align business-financial goals.
• Strong resilience under pressure, adaptability to fast-paced changes, data-driven mindset, and systematic risk management capabilities.
