    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building a strong pipeline
    • Develop and execute outbound strategies to source, cold call, and email potential clients
    • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and consultative sales to address merchant needs
    • Collaborate with Business Development to convert leads and increase win rates
    • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with market demands
    • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track progress, and report on outcomes
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive outbound efforts

    Required skills

    • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with proven success in closing complex deals
    • Strong business development experience, including cold calling and lead generation
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

    Preferred skills

    • Experience in selling diverse products in various verticals (e.g., retail, restaurants)
    • Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • A consultative approach to solving client challenges and providing tailored solutions
