     Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to internal team members
    • Respond to technical inquiries from customers
    • Configure and maintain systems
    • Investigate and resolve system issues
    • Perform data analysis and visualization
    • Assist with light development tasks related to the above

     Required Skills & Experience

    • Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
    • Broad technical knowledge and understanding
    • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
    • Patience and persistence in tackling challenges
    • Excellent communication skills with external stakeholders

     Preferred Skills & Knowledge

    Familiarity with any of the following technologies is a plus (not all required):

    Languages / Markup: Python, Go, HTML, XML, RSS, DOM, Beautiful Soup

    Cloud & Data: Google Cloud, BigQuery, Looker, Cloud Logging, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL (MySQL), Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer)

    Others: Networking, data visualization, system operations

     Work Conditions

    • Employment Type: Contractor agreement with Nordot USA Inc. (US entity)
    • Working Hours: During US Eastern Time business hours
    • Location: Fully remote (all team members currently work remotely)
