Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the full sales cycle by identifying opportunities and growing client accounts
• Promote SaaS solutions, with a focus on risk management tools for structured finance (CLO, ABS, RMBS)
• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering consultative insights and market best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and refine go-to-market strategies
• Conduct product demonstrations, address technical questions, and lead client training
• Develop value propositions, manage RFP processes, and support proposal development

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 7-10 years in financial solutions sales, ideally in structured finance, fintech, or investment products

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and their application across business functions

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and solution selling

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to business level
