Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the HR tech and SaaS market.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in global markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy and product development.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to be successful.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the SaaS or HCM industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in selling HR tech solutions, global payroll, or financial software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team.
