In this role, you will engage with senior buy-side professionals, conduct interviews, and gather valuable client insights that drive high-quality industry studies. You will combine relationship building with data collection, working directly with decision makers at top global organizations, while collaborating with colleagues across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and conduct interviews with executives at investment management institutions.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through in-person and telephone interactions.
- Collect and input client data into CRM platforms via structured interviews and questionnaires.
- Shape and drive the corporate buy-side marketing strategy in the region.
- Represent the company at industry events and associations to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure effective coordination of key accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Background in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong business judgment and ability to think independently.
- Proven organizational, persuasive, and time-management skills.
- Solid knowledge of financial markets.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
- English: Business-level proficiency (essential for global collaboration).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- B2B marketing experience within financial services or fintech.
