Responsibilities
- Responsible for interviews coordination and scheduling with candidates across different regions.
- Support coordination of recruitment events with internal business partners as and when required.
- Ensure a seamless end to end experience for candidates, hiring teams and recruiters by serving as logistics liaison.
- Ensure maintenance and updating of recruitment information on our recruitment ATS.
- Assist with new hire onboarding – preparation of necessary paperwork, sending out of offer letters and scheduling of programs etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment Coordination is a big plus.
- Fresh graduates with at least a diploma in HR or related fields of studies are encouraged to apply.
- Team player with an ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal partners.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise requirements and navigate well in a fast paced environment.
- Project management experience is an ideal to have.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
