    Who you are:

    – Experience as a Recruiter in a high growth startup combined with previous agency experience is ideal

    – 2+ years as an In-House Recruiter

    – 3+ years as an agency side recruiter with high performance

    – Deep industry knowledge one of the following sectors

    • B2B Cloud Software [SaaS/XaaS/Security]
    • B2C Consumer Platforms [e-commerce, marketplaces, Adtech]
    • Fintech/Web3/Crypto
    • Robotics/embedded systems/Semiconductor
    • Energy & Infrastructure

    – A Builder & Doer

    – Fluency in Japanese with the ability to recruit in Japanese day to day is required

    What You’ll do:

    – You are a solid recruiter who is still learning but want to spread your wings.

    – End to end recruitment is what you do, but you still need support from leadership.

    – You are on the bench for RPOs.

    – Hands on recruiting and revenue generation

    Compensation & Benefits:

    – 45~60% Commissions
