Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of AI-focused projects
• Gather business requirements and define project scope
• Create and maintain work breakdown structures (WBS) and track progress
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years of project management or coordination experience in large organizations

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of software development, data science, and generative AI (GenAI)

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Effective communicator who can support collaboration between technical and business teams

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Fluent (reading, writing, speaking)
• English: Conversational
