Day to Day

• You will be part of a high-performance development team focused on: designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving software with a focus on solving real problems for our customers;
• Assist in building solutions with a long-term vision and high quality;
• You will be an advocate for good development practices, design standards, our agreements and processes, testing, documentation and code review, within your team and influence this culture as much as possible;
• You will lead multidisciplinary teams of 5 to 7 devs;
• You will be responsible for designing technical solutions together with the Staff Engineer and Tech Lead , assessing feasibility and technical planning, measuring effort and deadlines;
• You will participate in the development of the roadmap and backlog management with micro definitions of deadlines and efforts together with the product team and stakeholders;
• You will be responsible for defining and monitoring the scrum/kanban cycles and all the rituals – Planning, Daily and Retrospective;
• You will be responsible for raising and monitoring metrics/OKR and your action plans for improvements;
• You will be responsible for monitoring the team, 1:1 rituals, PDI, performance evaluation and all its development over time;
• You will participate in the recruitment and selection stages of technical interviews, challenges, etc.;
• You will be a guardian of mental health and a good work-life balance, setting an example for the team;
• You are expected to be extremely easy to work in a team, very frank and transparent so that you can have a great relationship with the team on a daily basis and share knowledge;

What we expect from you:

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical teams based on agile methodologies;
• Experience in application development with C# / .NET or other modern object-oriented language;
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API / HTTP Protocol;
• Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
• Solid knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code and Design Patterns;
• Experience with requirements engineering, diagramming, UML, documentation;
• Experience with Telemetry, monitoring, observability and metrics in general;
• Experience with Message Broker, Pub/Sub and/or Event Streaming, projects using DDD, EventSourcing, CQRS, Micro services and other architectural approaches;
• Experience with Software Testing: Unit, integration, stress and mutation;
• Knowledge of databases and relational and non-relational models, caching strategies and distributed processing;
• Knowledge of DevOps: CI/CD, automation and the culture itself;
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud;
• Be and have an agile mindset, knowledge of agile principles, scrum and kanban;
